Bookish Beauty at Beacon Rock State Park
For the second half of our Columbia River Gorge content day, we headed to Cascade Locks and drove across the Bridge of the Gods to the Washington side of the Gorge.
I absolutely love Beacon Rock State Park and the views it offers of the Oregon cliff sides. We had hoped for a little bit of golden hour for this Wuthering Heights inspired set, but I'm honestly glad it didn't happen. There was some snow on the cliff tops and it looked stunning with the cool, blue tones we had.

This spot would be perfect for engagement photos with several options for a different background at one location! There is lush green grass, open field with cliff sides and the docks for some gorgeous water photos.
As is typical in the gorge, this location can be pretty windy. That would make it ideal for couples who want more than just poses and want to have fun and be active in their photos.
I just know it will be incredible for those juicy golden hour photos with taller grasses in the summer and fall too!
