Cozy Campfire Engagement Session


There's nothing quite like meeting a couple for the first time in the middle of the forest!

When we started planning Chelsea and Ian's engagement session, Chelsea mentioned that Ian loves the forest and she wanted to know if we could do photos while they made s'mores. Obviously, the answer is yes! This idea was adorable and I love when we can incorporate things that couples actually enjoy doing.

We did start with some safe, more traditional, engagement style photos while we had a little bit of light. That is being generous though, as there isn't much light here in January, and even less in the forest.

I think we did okay, and we were all very excited to start campfire photos, because it was chilly!

Chelsea and Ian were such good sports during these photos and it makes photos so much more fun when couples are just as eager to have their photo taken as i am to take them.


I can't wait to celebrate these two in sisters this september!
